Where are you located?
We're based in the USA and print every domestic order right here — out of Florida and Texas specifically. Not because we have to. Because it means faster shipping, better quality control, and we know exactly where your order is at every step. Which, again, is more than we can say for our sense of direction on most trails.
For our international customers, we've partnered with printers closer to you around the globe. The goal is simple — your order should arrive as quickly as possible without the shirt logging more travel miles than you have. Nobody wants a tee that's seen more of the world than they have. Yet.
Wherever you're ordering from, the quality stays the same. Same cotton, same construction, same jokes. Just printed closer to your door so it gets there faster.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide — because getting lost outdoors isn't exclusive to any one country and neither are we. Whether you're in the Rockies, the Alps, the Scottish Highlands, or somewhere that doesn't even have mountains but you're working on it, we'll get your order to you.
Shipping rates vary by location. Check our shipping policy for the details that apply to your corner of the map — delivery times, carrier options, and everything else you need to know before you check out.
For international orders, we work with printers closer to you so the shirt doesn't have to travel further than you did to get it. Tracking information is included with every order so at least one of us knows where it's going.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. From there you can follow it the whole way — city by city, update by update, all the way to your door. Which, for the record, is more than we can say for our sense of direction on most trails.
If anything looks off with your tracking or your order is taking longer than expected, reach out at lostmildly@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it. We check in on our packages more reliably than we check trail maps.
What materials are your products made of?
Our tees are printed on the Gildan 64000 — 100% ring-spun cotton that's softer and more durable than standard cotton, without the price tag that makes you feel bad about wearing it on a Tuesday hike. Pre-shrunk so the fit stays consistent wash after wash, lightweight at 4.5 oz so it breathes on the trail, and a relaxed unisex cut that works across body types without any creative interpretation of the word "fits." It's not the flashiest fabric story in the world. It's just a really good shirt that holds up, feels great, and doesn't complain about the conditions. Unlike some people we know.
