Mildly Lost started on a ski hill in 2025. My brother was cold, the run was too hard, and he didn't stop talking about either of those things for the entire day. Somewhere on the chairlift ride up — while he complained about his boots — I realized nobody was making gear for that guy. The one who showed up anyway, suffered out loud, and still bought a lift ticket the next morning.

So I did.

Mildly Lost is for everyone who goes outside without being particularly good at it. The skiers who stick to blues and aren't embarrassed about it. The hikers who googled "easy trail" and ended up somewhere with a rope section. The people who bought all the gear, read one article, and called it research.
